Bondeni City

Bondeni Seeds Limited is a locally incorporated limited liability company, established in 1981 within the United Republic of Tanzania. Our primary focus has been on agriculture and agribusiness-related activities. As our journey has progressed, we’ve expanded our portfolio to include real estate development and construction.

Our company’s ownership is comprised of shareholders from Tanzania and other nationalities, each bringing a wealth of diverse experience from various sectors of the business world.

The project known as “Bondenicity” is spearheaded by Bondeni Seeds Limited (BSL). Situated on 1,000 acres of expansive plains encircled by picturesque mountains and rolling hills, this development represents a versatile mixed-use satellite project. Within this development, we have allocated 400 acres for various development purposes.

Strategically positioned just 15 kilometers south of the Clock Tower roundabout in Arusha city and in close proximity to the new East African bypass road and the Arusha – Dodoma highway, Bondenicity enjoys a uniquely accessible and advantageous location.

Our vision for Bondenicity is to offer a versatile and adaptable layout that caters to a wide range of purchasing groups. This includes mixed-use developments, retail and commercial spaces, diverse residential housing options, a medical plaza, and substantial areas designated for public utilities.
